The 175 Park Avenue project, also known as the Project Commodore Redevelopment, is a proposed supertall skyscraper in Midtown Manhattan. Designed to replace the Grand Hyatt Hotel, it would stand at 482m (1,580ft) and feature 83 floors, making it one of the tallest buildings in New York City and the Western Hemisphere.
