1. About Us

BuyHeavyMachines.com is an international dealer and export platform for new and used construction, mining, agricultural, industrial and material-handling machinery. We source, inspect and ship equipment worldwide to buyers, contractors, fleet operators and dealers.

2. Product Listings & Availability

All machinery is offered subject to availability and prior sale. Specifications, hours, year of manufacture, photographs and descriptions are provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge, but are for general guidance only and do not form part of a contract. We recommend that buyers request a full inspection report or arrange an independent inspection before purchase. Prices, where shown, are indicative and exclude taxes, duties, insurance and freight unless stated otherwise. Final pricing is confirmed by written quotation.

3. Enquiries & Quotations

Submitting an enquiry or requesting a quote does not create a binding contract. A sale is concluded only when a formal proforma invoice or sales agreement is issued by us and accepted by the buyer, and the agreed deposit or payment is received.

4. Payment

Payment terms are set out on the applicable proforma invoice. We typically require a deposit to reserve a machine, with the balance due prior to dispatch or as otherwise agreed in writing. Ownership of the equipment passes to the buyer only upon receipt of cleared funds in full.

5. Shipping, Export & Delivery

We arrange worldwide logistics including CIF, CFR, FOB and EXW terms as agreed per order. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. The buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance and any local compliance or homologation requirements in the destination country unless expressly agreed otherwise.

6. Condition of Used Equipment

Used machinery is sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis unless a specific written warranty is provided. Wear items and consumables are not warranted. Buyers acknowledge that used equipment reflects prior use.

7. Warranties & Liability

Except where required by law, our liability in relation to any equipment or service is limited to the purchase price of the relevant machine. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit, downtime or business interruption.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and layout, is the property of BuyHeavyMachines.com or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at our principal place of business, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights.
